I have a passion for cooking and eating. My cooking is a combination of many things. Fresh quality ingredients, strong flavors, and sometimes a preference for the outrageous, bordering on unhealthy.
I like using simple ingredients to bring out their flavors. My favorite foods are ethnic; lately Asian inspired. Locally grown, made from scratch or naturally raised ingredients feature in my daily meals.
I also enjoy eating out and reviewing restaurants on my blog. My taste in food is adventurous; come with me on a journey of refined and not so refined taste.
